Bear Construction - "Build with the Best... Build with Bear"

The answer is Doug Buffone with 24. Hall of Famer Dick Butkus and soon to be inducted into the Hall of Fame Brian Urlacher had 22 each.

Doug Buffone played 14 seasons with the Bears, tied for second most in franchise history ------- making 1257 tackles and surpassing the 100-tackle mark in seven seasons. Many believe Buffone’s accomplishments were over shadowed by playing next to Hall of Famer Dick Butkus who is arguably considered the greatest linebacker of all time. In recent years Buffone hosted Bear post game radio shows on WSCR-670 with ex Bear Ed O’Bradovich. And his best radio routine on 670 was Friday mornings during the football season when he played the part of “Big Doug” a Chicago odds maker, bookie and collector.

Take a look at the below video tribute by Doug Buffone's friend, Chet Coppock, published on July 14, 2015.
