In the ongoing battle that is the yearly BEAR Estimating Department Chili Cook-Off, our in-house cooking enthusiasts compete in a winner-take-all competition for bragging rights (and small prize). Each year, one brave soul who is not in the estimating department is randomly chosen to enter a dish, and if not victorious, becomes banned for life!
Earning his first win, Estimator Terry Kuzel is the 2024 champion, while Marketing + Events Coordinator Michelle Wienold gets her name blacklisted from future competition.
