BEAR-built Travel Center is Road Ranger’s 50th Store

Last Monday, Road Ranger celebrated the opening of their 50th store with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new BEAR Construction built Travel Center along the I-57 corridor in Bourbonnais, IL. The event brought together a team from the Road Ranger corporate office, members of the public, Mayor Schore of the Village of Bourbonnais and Trustees, local media, and members from the project team and ownership from both BEAR Construction and WT Group. Mayor Schore gave a welcoming speech and a donation was made to the Secret Pantry. The day also featured a live broadcast from WFAV 95.1 and a chance to view the Road Ranger sponsored #98 Ford F-150 Truck that ran in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series at the Daytona International Speedway on February 17.

BEAR Construction Company was honored to be the General Contractor working with Road Ranger and their Design Team. The Travel Center includes Dickey’s BBQ, Churches Chicken, and Subway restaurants, a full retail store featuring Tejas Taco’s and Dave’s Famous Pizza, and an entertainment gaming area. Site amenities feature a certified truck scale, restrooms, along with driver showers and laundry facilities.

Congratulations to Road Ranger on this milestone achievement!
