In addition to our normal influx of college summer interns, this year BEAR has partnered with High School District 214 to engage students in a real-world learning opportunity.
At the college level, BEAR has four interns working alongside our Commercial Interiors, Industrial and Municipal/Education groups. At the High School level, there are eight interns being mentored by leaders within our Business Development, Marketing, Human Resources and Finance departments as well as in the field with our Construction Management teams.
As a company that prioritizes learning and collaboration, BEAR believes our internship program offers positive benefits to both the company and the interns, and allows us to energize a new generation of talent. The program fosters innovation and creates a positive brand for our firm, while interns gain practical experience, skills development and networking opportunities to launch their careers – over 80% of which are here with BEAR!
