With BEAR Cares’ first successful year behind us, we are thrilled to introduce our inaugural BEAR Construction Champion Volunteer of the Year award. This annual recognition celebrates an employee who demonstrates outstanding leadership, commitment and passion in their volunteer efforts.
This year’s honoree is someone who has not only served on the BEAR Cares Committee but has continually raised awareness about local need and opportunity to give back. In the past 15 months alone, she has led two toy drives, organized a pack day for Dignity Diner and dedicated countless hours to multiple causes.

BEAR Cares is a volunteer-driven initiative led by our employees, with strong support from management, dedicated to supporting our community through outreach programs, fundraising events, donation drives, and various volunteer activities. By partnering with local organizations, BEAR Cares offers team members the chance to give back during their workday, as well as communicating evening and weekend opportunities.
