BEAR’s Bradley Office Open House event was a celebration of all the work BEAR and our AEC partners (subcontractors, architects, engineers, etc.) do in the area and highlighting the importance of always doing this work safely so everyone goes home safely to their families. BEAR’s proactive approach to protecting our team members and the buildings we work in has earned BEAR a .58 EMR (experience modification rating) which is a top 5% rating across the United States. Even better, we are celebrating our third consecutive year without a single work stopping injury!
