Although not opening for service until 2025, BEAR is substantially complete on the buildout of a new Gastrointestinal (GI) Clinic. The new 15,000-SF outpatient facility, located on the 8th floor of the new Joan and Paul Rubschlager building on the Rush University Medical Center campus, consists of examination rooms, purpose-built office workspaces and consultation rooms. Scope included new HVAC systems integration, plumbing and electrical work to meet the specific needs of the clinic.
At this time, we are only able to share a sneak-peek of the greeter’s desk, but we look forward to sharing more information and photos on this project in the future.
