From fresh space to soon-to-be beautiful office ready for occupancy, BEAR recently began construction on a 8,300-SF spec suite, training room and common corridor project in the sophisticated and modern Huron Building. Located in the heart of Milwaukee’s Historic Financial District, this move-in ready space (with impeccable views of Downtown, the Lake and the Milwaukee River) will feature a reception area with decorative lighting, an exposed ceiling open area with painted ceilings, two private offices and a glass entrance conference room with decorative lighting.
The common corridors feature wood wall panels, ceramic floor tile with carpet borders and glass entrances to the new and future tenant suites. The new restrooms feature full height ceramic tile.
