411 East Wisconsin Center – Lobby Renovation

BEAR has a long history at 411 East Wisconsin Avenue, which included a number of capital improvement projects for the building as well as individual tenant build-outs. Highlights of this 15K-SF lobby renovation include a new conference room and TV lounge sitting area as well as a new entrance to the building. The parking garage was updated to include new elevator vestibules, corridors and area lighting.
