Project Details
BEAR completed the buildout of Spec Suite 1740 and Spec Suite 1730 as well as a complete corridor and restroom upgrade on the 17th floor of the prestigious 900 N Michigan Avenue building. The space features open ceilings with k-13 and ‘race track’ lights, millwork slat walls and glass fronts. The lobby and restrooms have new tile flooring, stone walls and updated plumbing fixtures.
