This space, previously occupied by the Office of the Building was transformed into a stunning tenant amenity lounge. Complete demolition of the 64-year-old building’s existing conditions was completed to provide a space for building tenants to recharge. The lounge now has access to the river front plaza where a new wheelchair accessible ramp was installed. Tenants can rent one of two new meeting rooms to host gatherings. Two private phone rooms give privacy to both the user and others around the space. A unique millwork ceiling detail above the main entertaining area brings warmth to the dramatic color scheme used. The hexagon tile feature wall was installed with a distinct gold grout in lay that sparkles off the decorative fixtures. A completely new security system was also installed.
