Project Details
BEAR demolished and replaced the domestic cold water, hot water and hot water recirculation pipes in 32,000-SF of this Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Senior Living facility. Both the water mains and the branches were replaced all the way to fixtures on two floors. Each floor had 34 resident units plus support areas. The work was completed eight rooms per phase to allow the facility to remain operational.
