Project Details
Initial phase was to renovate the existing living quarters in the “I” Building, approximately 20,000 SF including new mechanicals throughout. Final phase included construction of a new two-story 47,000 SF, 26 units of living quarters and amenities for the sisters of Congregation of St. Joseph.
