Cook County School District 104 Administration Building

BEAR is currently constructing a new 4,000-SF Administrative Building for Cook County School District 104 (CCSD 104). The new building will include six offices, a board room, a break room and bathrooms. As a result of this new building, additional classroom space will become available at the Heritage Grade School where the District staff was previously located. The construction will be completed at the end of 2023.

BEAR also completed Secure Vestibule Upgrades and additional renovations for two other CCSD 104 properties: the Wharton and Walker Schools.
