Education Services Center (Elgin U-46)

BEAR’s summer critical renovations at the Elgin U-46 Educational Services Center School spanned across three floors totaling 32,000-SF. Project scope included replacing the flooring and ceiling throughout the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor corridors, renovations and upgrades to existing science labs, converting existing office space into science labs and converting space previously used for storage into a servery, two cafeteria spaces, three offices, classrooms and a library space. The project also included major HVAC upgrades and renovations to 26 bathrooms at nearby Channing Memorial Elementary School and Kimball Middle School.
