Project Details
BEAR was engaged in this project by EAA and JLL as agent for the tenant. Elements Global Services is a technology and services company providing employment solutions worldwide. The design features of their 10,000-SF space include offices, huddle rooms, a cafe and lounge, all with the inviting blue branding of Elements. Additionally, the new office space includes state-of-the-art conference rooms with enhanced IT and AV technology systems to maintain collaboration with their 18 international offices. Noteworthy to this project, there were team members residing in three different states, but with open communication and strong project management, BEAR was able to successfully maintain the schedule and budget.
