Everest

BEAR completed a full demolition and 7K-SF buildout for Everest, which expanded their existing footprint on the 3rd floor of 222 S Riverside. The scope of this project included two conference rooms, seven private offices, two collaboration areas, a new employee lounge and 30 open workstations. Due to great collaboration between Everest, HLW Architects, JLL and BEAR, this project finished ahead of schedule and without incident.
