BEAR’s Just Salad project at 120 S. Riverside Plaza features a modern and vibrant interior designed to enhance the customer experience. A key aspect of the project was the installation of a walk-in cooler, essential for maintaining fresh ingredients. Custom light fixtures, provided by the owner, illuminate the space to add a unique touch to the design, while colorful wall art creates a lively and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Careful coordination was needed as this project involved working directly above Amtrak space, requiring minimal disruption to the infrastructure and surrounding operations. The success of the Just Salad build-out was made possible through close collaboration with Hines and the client’s vendors, ensuring seamless integration of all design elements and operational needs.
