McHenry Hospital Neurosurgery Clinic

BEAR completed the demolition of three existing suites in order to buildout a new McHenry Hospital Neurosurgery Clinic for Northwestern Medicine. The new space includes multiple exam rooms, a physician’s office, bathrooms, employee breakroom as well as areas for reception and scheduling. Of special note, due to the discovery of unforeseen steel beams hiding in the existing walls during demolition, the intended layout had to be reconfigured. Working with the architect and engineer, BEAR was able to complete the modified plans without negatively impacting the schedule.
