At the Milwaukee County Courthouse, BEAR performed a complete demolition and 10,000-SF rebuild of the Family Court as part of a facility upgrade and reconfiguration of the space to be more efficient for its current needs. Scope included both public and administrative areas servicing and including seven family courtrooms. Related administrative areas included private County offices, break rooms, kitchenettes and restrooms. Public areas included an intake area with ballistic glass, reception area, three waiting rooms and all common areas.
