Occupying half of the 19th floor, MPS Law’s 10,358-SF office is thoughtfully designed with a balance of private and collaborative work areas. Twenty private offices line the perimeter, surrounding an open workspace that integrates three conference rooms, a team room, two huddle rooms, a wellness room, a copy/print area, an IT room, a storage area and a large pantry. The conference and huddle rooms feature glass office fronts, creating a bright and transparent environment. The café area showcases a warm, contemporary aesthetic with a wood slat ceiling and hanging felt panels. Both the reception and café areas include wood flooring, custom wood paneling throughout and a matching reception desk that ties the design together with a cohesive finish.
