Project Details
EW Scripps, which owns newsy, retained BEAR to build out their new 18,000-SF media space at 205 N Michigan. newsy is a source for concise, unbiased video news covering top stories around the world. The project included three Sound Transmission Class (STC) rated studios supported by two independent video control rooms and 24/7 dedicated cooling. Communication among all parties involved in this project was critical as construction occurred simultaneously during live TV broadcasts in their existing space.
