Starting with a complete demolition of existing under-utilized space, BEAR built out Northwestern Medicine Woodstock Hospital’s new Sleep Study area comprised of 6 patient suites with private bathrooms, as well as administration offices, a break room, private staff offices and other ancillary spaces. Additional scope included waterproofing the exterior walls of the building within the suite footprints.
