OFS Showroom – Fulton Market

Located in Fulton Market, the new OFS showroom build-out involved selective demolition to preserve and repurpose key architectural elements, including 13,000 square feet of original wood flooring and exposed beams and columns. The space features high-end finishes throughout, such as Venetian plaster walls and ceilings, turf-baffled ceilings and custom ADA ramps to bridge elevations seamlessly with salvaged flooring. Notable areas include a reception area with paneled walls, a boardroom with wood wall and ceiling paneling, a design library, a kitchen/café and a chair display platform—custom built with matching wood nosing and wall paneling. Extensive owner-furnished materials required close coordination between BEAR, the client and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and integration.

The OFS Showroom was awarded Best Showroom at Fulton Market Design Days 2025, as part of the prestigious IIDA Showroom and Booth Design Competition.
