O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong & Laing S.C.

As part of a major 10K-SF renovation to the O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong & Laing office, BEAR connected the 14th and 15th floors inside Milwaukee’s iconic Chase Tower building with a decorative curved staircase. This new connection, which encourages collaboration between floors, required structural modifications to both floors to accommodate the new deck opening and associated weight requirements. Additional project scope included new large and small conference rooms, a multi-functional break room with a bar and booth seating, private offices and a reception area refresh.

Shortly after completion, BEAR added to this work for OCHDL with an office expansion on the 15th floor. The project consisted of partner offices, a large file storage room, a kitchenette and a wellness room. All areas included high-end finishes to match what was completed previously.
