PNC Bank – Kankakee

BEAR completed significant interior alterations to an existing leased PNC Bank space as well as a detached building servicing a drive-thru lane. The varied scope of work was highlighted by reducing the number of teller stations along the teller line by building a non-structural drywall partition and screening the vacated teller stations. BEAR also provided new finishes such as carpeting, paint and wall base, as well as replacement of 1×1 concealed spline ceiling tile with a new 2×2 suspended ceiling system and installing new energy efficient LED lighting systems with Lutron Controls. Additional scope included new loose furniture, new millwork counters and fixed cabinetry.
