BEAR completed a buildout within the existing shelled space on the 8th floor in the Joan and Paul Ruthschlager outpatient building located on the Rush University campus. The 15,510-SF project consisted of examination rooms, purpose-built office workspaces and consultation rooms and required integration into the HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to the specific needs of a GI Clinic
