Not every project BEAR performs costs hundreds of thousands to millions to tens of millions of dollars. With our laser focus on serving our client’s needs, we often complete smaller interior renovations, facility upgrades or other capital improvement or property maintenance tasks. An example of this is for the Village of Schaumburg, where we completed the removal and replacement of an existing and aging exterior concrete staircase and steel railings, which led from the parking lot to the main entrance of the Schaumburg Regional Airport.
