BEAR built out a full 28,000-SF floor office space for Sinch, a global leader in cloud communications and mobile customer engagement. The project consisted of large tile flooring in all of the corridors and café, demountable partition office systems, a large millwork package and K13 ceilings in open areas. Due to a long lead time on the demountable partitions, the system needed to be ordered with ‘hold to dimensions’ which meant we needed to build everything exactly to shop specifications on highly flat floors to avoid installation issues. With careful collaboration between the design team and property management, we were able to overcome challenges with the existing ductwork in the building to accommodate the client’s design of the new ceiling heights. The client space also features separate visitor and employee entrances. The employee entrance features a games and event gathering area.
