Completed for Transwestern, BEAR Construction updated Suite 860 to a beautiful, open and functional layout featuring both private and open offices, a large boardroom/conference room with modern black aluminum frames and glass fronts along with customizable essential amenities. Other features include new luxury vinyl tile floors and quartz countertops highlighted by a porcelain glazed tile backsplash in both the café and open reception areas. The suite also contains new LED light fixtures with lighting controls.
