BEAR Construction Company erected a 7-story multi-family | mixed-use building in Northern Chicago near Evanston. Due to the location’s urban setting, this project was built on a zero-lot line. The multi-family building has 58 units occupying 80,000-SF, a second floor roof deck, 13,000-SF of lower level parking and 10,000-SF of retail space on the first floor.
