BEAR completed the 8,400-SF Farehouse Restaurant & Bar at the O’Hare Plaza which features a full kitchen and bar, an open patio and lounge area as well as private conference rooms featuring barn doors and full HDMI presentation capabilities. An all new ventilation system with three new boilers was added and the water lines, beer cooler and industrial freezer were all upgraded. BEAR also completed the 3,787-SF renovation of the neighboring new Farehouse Café. The updated café has increased its serving capacity with new banquette seating in a more casual but modern atmosphere.
