Project Details
The law firm vonBriesen & Roper, s.c. had already occupied floors 9, 10 and 11 in the 411 E Wisconsin Ave building in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. This project allowed for the 25,000-SF build-out of the 8th Floor to provide expansion space for the firm. In addition to the expansion, the firm selected to remodel designated conference rooms, break rooms and office spaces on their existing floors of the building.
