This BEAR completed tenant showroom buildout includes the furnishing and installation of various high-end millwork and light fixture packages as well as new storefront, carpet and paint throughout. BEAR also installed owner-supplied material and wing walls. Due to the extensive weight of these materials, 4×4” in-wall wood support backing was added to all of the shelving walls.
