On November 17th, "The Shania Girls" participated in the 2022 GOA Regional Business Association Annual Fundraiser Lip Sync Battle. The event allows local business members to compete for the belt! Performers lip sync to their song of choice in front of an audience and panel of judges. On Saturday November 12, 2022, BEAR Construction Company in partnership with Female Strong, hosted its first one-day Female Strong Camp, which empowers and develops the next generation of women leaders. The Camp offered 20 girls (between the ages of 8-12) a chance to engage with inspirational female leaders, brainstorm business ideas, set goals, create vision boards, and spend time with peers reflecting on themselves, their passions, and their confidence journeys!
